Christmas Festival

After services yesterday, our church hosted a Christmas Festival for the families. We had two extra kids in tow with us so the pictures are fewer than I would normally have. We ended up with a 5, 4, 2 and 7 month old. We survived surprisingly well and the kids had a good time too! We got to see Santa, ride a horse drawn carriage, take a pony ride, make a Christmas ornament, decorate a cookie and make a gingerbread house. Needless to say Chris and I were exhausted after the day's events.

This was Isaac's first visit with Santa. He was surprisingly happy with the entire experience. He just sat there quietly and was pretty intent on Santa's beard.

Decorating cookies.

Probably the most nerve-wrecking moment for me....assembling gingerbread houses. Anderson was good to go on his own, Dani kept eating all the candy and Sam didn't care much about putting candy on the house. We left shortly afterward :-)
