Each year, Sam and I do a gingerbread house together. Up till now it has pretty much been all me though. I normally pick up a prefab house that is already put together, you just use icing and put the candy on. Much to my surprise, when I opened the box this year, I had 6 pieces and a bag of icing mix. I had to actually assemble the house before it could be decorated. I wasn't expecting that part. It was a bit challenging and frustrating for yours truly. Sam had a great time regardless. He put all the candy on by himself. He loved the final creation!

| At the end, someone may have been a little impatient and put the roof on too early. Chris tried to come to the rescue to put it together again. |
| Chris' support system made with some Dixie cups on hand. |
| A little worried that the roof would completely come off. |
| The house survived....just to have a chunk taken out of it by a certain someone to remain unnamed. |
