Christmas Day has always been a busy time for me and Chris. No rest for the weary anyway! When everyone got up and ready, we checked out what Santa brought in our stockings this year. Once that was done, we dropped my cousin off at my parent's house and away to Crossville we went. We spent the morning there and by 2:30, our son was worn out and needed a nap in the worst way! We packed everyone up and headed back to Nashville to have dinner with my family again. Needless to say, we are all in need of a vacation from our Christmas vacation!
I don't think Sam is still really awake at this point. He was excited to get blocks, a football, some crayons, book and DVD from Santa though! (you can take my word for it)
Chris' sister Misty, Chris and Sam.
I learned it is nearly impossible to get a good picture of a 12 year old (Willie), 14 year old (Coty) and 1 year old. Most of the others had "rabbit ears" and such. Boys will be boys I guess!

Chris' granny looks at the photo book of Sam she got for Christmas.
Back to grandma and grandpa's house....Santa left something in Sam's stocking there too!
